Spring 2025 EEOB/BCB 546 Assignments

Your grade for this course is based on four assignments and a final project. Details for each assignment and links to files will be posted here over the course of the semester. Instructions and data files for each assignment will be added to the assignments folder in the course GitHub repository. All of the material required for grading must be submitted on the course Canvas page.

Assignment #1: Unix:

  • The UNIX Assignment is available through the course GitHub repository in the UNIX_Assignment folder (in the assignments folder).
  • The assignment is due via submission in Canvas by 5pm on Friday, February 21st, 2025

Final Group Project

  • The Final Group Project is available through the course GitHub repository in the Final_Project folder (in the assignments folder).
  • The assignment is due via submission in Canvas by 5pm on May 9th, 2025
